Emili Uden, Executive Director
Emili has served Kids Discovery Factory for the past eight years, most recently as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. She conceptualized and developed the popular traveling exhibit program, the Mobile Factory. Emili is a graduate of Millikin University with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education.

Vanessa Beetz, Program Director
Vanessa directs our School Programs, and Camps. She travels with our Mobile Factory and creates custom programming as needed. Vanessa is a southern Indiana native and former classroom teacher.

Dawn Koch, Museum Educator
Dawn leads our on-site play hours: Early Explorers. Dawn has been engaged in children's programming in some capacity for over 30 years and is an enthusiastic play-based educator.
